Ken Love

Ken Love has been an associate of the Leader Factor since 2000. He also is the founder and Managing Director of Pilgrim Consulting Pty Ltd. Ken’s expertise is in the psychology of business and personal change. He has twenty years’ professional experience providing specialist consulting, assessment and coaching services to some of Australasia’s largest organisations such as Qantas Airways Ltd, Rio Tinto, Australian Gas and Light Company, CSIRO, Accident Compensation Corporation (NZ), Bank of New Zealand, Westpac, AustralianTaxation Office, Alinta, AXA Financial Services (Australia & NZ) and Thiess Services.

Prior to establishing Pilgrim Consulting, Ken was in a senior leadership role with an international consulting firm where he was responsible for the change management practice in Australia and New Zealand. He worked on numerous key accounts in this capacity. During this time he was also on the global authoring team with leading academic John Kotter tasked with researching and writing The Heart of Change, the sequel to Kotter’s international best seller Leading Change. Ken is a registered Organisational Psychologist and holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in Psychology. Extensively trained in methods of generative change and transition, he has spoken and conducted workshops at national and overseas conferences on approaches to transformation, the language of strategy and whole system engagement strategies.
