Elizabeth Lennon

Liz is the Managing Director of the leader factor, a firm established in 2002 to work with CEOs, senior executives and their teams in three areas:

  • Leadership and Executive team performance
  • The talent management and career cycle
  • Individual and organisational resilience

Liz brings insight and experience from 25 years of working with individuals and organisations in the process of growth and major change. Her experience spans both private and public sectors. She has worked in executive roles with national accountability, as an operations manager, senior policy and program adviser, counselling and organisational psychologist, management consultant and executive coach.

Executive positions include HR Director, Asia Pacific for NCR, a major multinational in the IT industry and Director of Leadership and Learning for Deloitte, one of the most successful professional services firms in the Australian marketplace. In this role, Liz established the firm as a leader in executive development, mentoring and the most effective use of coaching and coaches.

Liz is an experienced, flexible, results oriented professional who is equally comfortable in working on organisational reviews, change and advisory assignments, as well as those related to executive development and coaching. Liz’s preference is to work in a trusted partnership with clients to achieve long term results and is passionate about linking business strategy, culture, leadership, human potential and motivation in a virtuous circle.

Liz’s professional interests include leadership growth and transition, executive team cohesion and performance, the links between strategy, culture and performance, career and life transitions, strategies for building confidence, resilience and wellbeing at work.
